Delivery

Delivery within Hong Kong is by Hong Kong Post using Local Courier Post. To encourage online shopping with GeoFlair, we will waive the postage and packing charges for all local orders if the total purchase value exceeds HK$200. Orders below HK$200 will be required to pay postage according to the schedule below.  The scale is HK$14 for the first kilo, which is applicable for most normal orders.

After placing an order, you will be sent a confirmation email/receipt, which includes an order number. Please provide this number when inquiring about your order.
Also, after you place an order you will receive an email from Authorize.net showing your credit card was charged by GeoFlair. Your bank statements will show the charge as being from GeoFlair. Orders are transmitted on a daily basis. The usual process time for orders once received until shipment is 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekend and public holidays). Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on Monday.

International Orders

For international orders, we only charge the actual cost of shipping and do not add any additional handling charges. We use registered airmail (small packet rate) of the Hong Kong Post, which is very fast and economical. Once the Hong Kong Post determines the cost for shipping your order, we will add this amount to your invoice. Please feel free to email us with any shipping questions you may have.

1. After receiving your shopping cart order, we will confirm your order by email
2. Please mail a crossed cheque in favour of ‘K & M CONSULTANCY COMPANY LIMITED’ 
3. Please write down the purchase order number and your email address for this shopping account
4. Please send us your cheque together with a copy of the order within three working days to –

3. By Visa, Master or PayPal

2. Overseas customers will settle payment by US funds (conversion at US$1 = HK$7.8)
3. You need to create a PayPal account to settle by PayPal if you do not have one. For details, please visit its website at <www.paypal.com>

    4.   Credit Card Payment 

As you exit Shopping Cart, choose PayPal, and within PayPal, choose 'Credit Card’  (no need to create a PayPal account) and provide the Credit Card details. When the submitted information is accepted, the transaction is completed. Please note that GeoFlair’s shopping transaction is security-protected.

   5.   If the delivery address is a commercial address in Hong Kong, our courier will be able to        deliver  the ordered item(s) on the following working day. The courier will collect the exact amount of cash or cheque on our behalf and return it to us. Orders for delivery to Hong Kong residential address or overseas orders will be delivered by Hong Kong Post.

Currency

All charges are billed in Hong Kong kong dollars. For international customers paying by VISA/MASTER or PayPal, the charge on your credit card statements is in Hong Kong dollar equivalent. The charges may not be exactly the same as the prices shown on the site due to exchange rates charged by the credit card companies.

Delivery

1. Once we confirm to you availability of the items ordered by email with an order     number, please complete payment by cheque or bank transfer within 3 working days.
2. Upon confirmation of payment, we will send out the products immediately.
3. We will e-mail the exact delivery date to you.
4. You will receive the products within 2 – 3 working days in Hong Kong.   Overseas delivery will take longer depending on the customer’s location.

Acceptance of order

No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and geoflair.com unless and until we accept your order by confirming that it has received payment in full for all the goods you have ordered. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time GeoFlair sends the confirmation to you .

You must check that the details on this confirmatory e-mail are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it.

GeoFlair will not pass on your personal or credit or debit card details to any third party.

You undertake that all details you provide to geoflair.com for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are correct, that the credit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.

You should check your order carefully upon arrival and notify us immediately if any part of your order is not as it should be.

Geoflair.com reserves the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any prospective customer. We may require verification of certain information before accepting any order.

Product Colours

Geoflair.com has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products on this online shopping site. However, as the actual colours you see depend on your monitor settings, we cannot guarantee that the display of any colours will be accurate.

Liability

Geoflair.com attempts to ensure that the information available on the website at any time is truthful and accurate. It will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being alerted to them.

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, Geoflair.com shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question, provided that you notify GeoFlair of the problem in writing (by letter, email or fax), at the address stated in the confirmation e-mail within 3 working days of receiving the goods following the day of the order.

GeoFlair does not accept liability for:-

1. Business losses and/or losses to non consumers.
2. Goods delivered to work/alternative addresses, given by the cardholder, which have been signed for by anyone other than the card holder.
3 Delivery delays.
4. There is no responsibility, refund and claims from geoflair.com for any damages or failure of delivery by the Hong Kong Post.

Please Note:-

Caution must be exercised when having goods sent to a work/alternative address other than the Cardholder’s address, GeoFlair will not accept liability for goods which have been directed by the customer for delivery to another/work address and signed for by someone other than the cardholder. We strongly advise if you work in a place which has a high number of employees, such as hospitals or universities, you have the goods delivered to your home address as tracing can be difficult in these circumstances.

Customs, Duties and Related Taxes

If your delivery address is outside of Hong Kong, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. GeoFlair advises customers to contact their local customs office for further information.

You agree that as the importer of any goods ordered you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Please note that when shipping products internationally you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

TERMINATION

You agree that geoflair.com may at any time at its sole discretion terminate without giving reason your access to the Site and the provision of the Services and geoflair.com shall not be liable for any loss of any kind that you may suffer as a result of such termination.

DISCLAIMER

Geoflair.com disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

TERMINATION

You agree that geoflair.com may at any time at its sole discretion terminate without giving reason your access to the Site and the provision of the Services and geoflair.com shall not be liable for any loss of any kind that you may suffer as a result of such termination.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of HKSAR, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably agree that the courts of HKSAR shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim or dispute concerning this Agreement.
