Returns Policy

To ensure our customers are getting quality service, we are willing to accept goods returned to us subject to our written agreement. We will replace any item on the following conditions –

1. that the products received suffer from quality consistency problem due to the manufacturing process;
2. that the quanity and items are different from the order accepted

We will gladly cover the shipping cost of damaged product(s) returned to us.

Returns procedure

1. If you receive a defective or wrong item, please email us within 3     days upon delivery, showing us your order number, receipt and photos. This will facilitate the processing time for returns.
2. If you fail to notify us of your application for return or replacement within 3 days upon receiving the goods, we reserve the right to refuse such applications. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not offer a money-back return policy for the products that were opened and used.
3. Once we review the request for your return(s) and approve it your unique RMA will be emailed to you promptly.
4. All returns must contain a copy of your invoice with the unique RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) that we provide you.
5. Returns without an RMA will NOT be accepted.
6. Returns will normally take seven days to process.
7. The returned goods should be accompanied by a copy of our RMA, and shipped to us by a reliable agent. We do not accept responsibility for any loses incurred during shipment.
8. Customers will bear the liability for any risks, such as loss or damage, when the goods are being returned to us.
9. We will ship out by airmail a replacement item or a refund if we are unable to offer a replacement.
10. We will refund the shipping cost of returning goods subject to the ceiling of shipping out the same item.
11. We will carefully review the application for return and reserve the right to reject such application. The right of final adjudication rests with GeoFlair on such application.
